I accidentally deleted notes from my iPhone device. Is there anyway to retrieve them?

If u saved them to your cloud you should be able to retrieve them. If that is a capability offered by your phone. In the future I suggest screenshooting them and either printing or dancing and downloading them to your files other systems or even photos.

As suggested in the support document you came from, check the Recently Deleted folder in the Notes App.
