Phone is unresponsive

Hello my iphone Xr will let me open the phone and apps but not let me interact with them. I have been trying to restart the phone but it won't let me. I have tried multiple restart options. Does anyone have any advice?

Try and Force ReStart Your iPhone as instructed in this article by Apple ➔ How to Force ReStart your iPhone. If that does not work then -
Follow the instructions in this article by Apple ➔ If your iPhone is Non-Responsive or Frozen and see if that helps.
