Hi recently my Apple Watch does not last the day. It ran out of charge at 1 pm today

Start with a Forced Reset on your Apple Watch (just like a computer, in case of doubt... Reboot!). Simply press and hold the Digital Crown and Side Button until the white Apple logo appears (about 10 seconds) then release and let the watch restart.
