You did not mention which iPhone you have. You told us that you are using iOS version 12.5.1 and you screen shots confirm that you cannot update any further. This tells me that you may have an iPhone 6 or older. If you do then that is the end of the road for updates on your iPhone.

An unit running 12.5.1 isn't capable of 13 or above.
