First try charging it for a while (like at least 15 minutes or so) (if it can't charge with your current cable, switch to the one that came in the box or use another one). Then maybe try resetting the headphones (this may help to clear some software problems): https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201118. If none of these work, probably take it to an Authorized Service Provider to get it fixed.
