iphone is disabled and can not connect to iTunes

Hi, I have two iphones, 11 and 8. I am using iphone 11 now and does not use 8. However, I forgot passcode and iphone 8 shows it is disabled and connect to itunes. I have not used the itunes so i can not connect the iphone 8. only can connect iphone 11. How to reset my older iphone 8.
