Privacy browsing on iPhone safari, firefox

If someone can help me understand please, i want to know why does show on this page like two icons that mentioned i have two iphones 11s. But i’m only owned one. I’m a bit alarmed and worried, please can someone please give me a reason why?

Remove the other device.

Remove your associated iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Tap Settings > [your name], then tap iTunes & App Store.
Tap your Apple ID.
Tap View Apple ID. You might be asked to sign in.
Scroll to the iTunes in the Cloud section, then tap Remove This Device.

View and remove your associated devices for purchases ...
