Cancelling subscription

I am trying to cancel a subscription but they option to cancel is not there there are only about 10 options to re-subscribe ?? Anyone else have this difficulty

iPhone 11, iOS 14

If you only see an option to re-subscribe, then you may not have an active subscription. See if this helps: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039
