I have a French smart keyboard layout. I type in three diffrent languages. When I change language using the keyboard button, the keyboard modifies the layout keys (when I press Q I get A displayed) this is extremely annoying and I need a solution that Apple has not bothered to provide.

You need to go to settings > general > keyboard > hardware keyboard and tap over at the right edge. For each of your 3 languages, make sure that you have the exact mapping you want checked (NOT "automatic").

If you still have problems, let us know what your 3 languages are and what you have checked for hardware keyboard.
