My magic keyboard 4th generation doesn’t work well, when I type a key, it types a different character, for example, when I click “_” it types “?” And vice-versa. I don’t know how to reset it and some say it the language? Can someone help me solve this problem pls.

Go to settings > general > keyboard > hardware keyboard and tap over at the right edge. Make sure you have your own language checked and NOT "automatic" or something else. What is your language?
Also in settings > general > keyboard > keyboards remove any language you do not actually use.
