Change of invoice- the new invoice not sent for a month
Hello,
I bought an Ipad air online through Apple Turkey's website on 6th Dec 2020. After the purchase, I realized that invoice (E-archive Invoice) was formed incorrectly. It needed to be in the form of an E-Invoice (corporate invoice). Therefore, I requested a change of receipt. My E-archive Invoice is canceled on 10th December 2020. They told me that my institution will receive the newly formed E-Invoice in 5 workdays.
5 workdays passed and my situation was a bit urgent. Therefore, I called many times (maybe more than 20 times), and somehow they still do not send the new invoice to my institution. The customer representatives tried to help, each of them wrote to the Finance department... But no change, I and my institution still do not have the receipt. This is probably an IT issue regarding the invoice system, I am not sure.
This is legally not acceptable. I have a product that I am using for a month, and there is no invoice for this product yet. This is not legally acceptable for a company like Apple.
