So recently I’ve been not able to togle on my icloud photos or back up beacuse it says my storage is full. In m storage it says that my photos are using 2 GB of storage but in icloud it says that photos are using 2,5GB, my iPhone hasn’t been backed up in a while is it possible that photos from my previous iPhones are on but i cant see them?

Do you have the Optimize Phone Storage feature enabled in your Settings?
I don’t beacuse i cant turn on the icloud photos on, beacuse it says its full.
