Could you please provide more information regarding your issue? Some tips and tricks you can try to solve general issues with itunes connectivity are:

Ensure that you have the most up-to-date version of iTunes installed
Make sure your iPhone cable is working and functioning
Make sure you unlock your device once you connect
Ensure you select the option to "Trust this computer" when prompted on your iPhone when you connect to a computer
