Ran Apple diagnostics and I get “There may be an issue with the fan” Reference code PPF003 & PPF004

Was getting very high activity for kernel_task on my iMac.

iMac would shut down.

Purchased and installed TG Pro

App says “The fan appears to be working properly”

All temperatures appear normal.

Call Apple support and have them run a diagnostic remote and/or ask them what PPF003 and PPF004 mean. I would recommend taking the computer to your local Apple Store or Apple service provider.
