i broke my iPhone and got it replaced and I got a new Apple ID and everything but I got to erase my Apple Watch and I can’t figure out how to get it from the old Apple ID to this one bc i forgot my old Apple ID

In general, items acquired with one Apple ID cannot be transferred or merged with another Apple ID.
