new iphone, old watch, new icloud

so, i lost my old iphone in the lake, still have my watch tho, got a new phone but forgot my apple id password... is there a way to get my apple watch and new iphone with new icloud to pair??

Not unless you can remember your apple id that you used on the old phone;

If you forgot your Apple ID password
