iphone restore

My phone keeps telling me to go to apple support on my computer to restore my phone and i did try what the page said to restart it but is sill shows the same screen. what can i do?????

Hello,

1) Start here: If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won‘t turn on or is frozen

2) Then see: iOS update and restore errors - Apple Support

3) Also see: If your computer doesn't recognize your iPhone, iPad, or iPod
