If your iPhone is DISABLED due to too may tries of incorrect passcode entries OR you have forgotten the passcode then the only way to reset the passcode and return the iPhone to factory settings is to connect it to a Mac or a Windows PC with iTunes. There is no other way. Borrow a computer from a friend or a family member.
