Can't share audio with my husband's AirPods and mine.

My iphone 7 plus has the most updated iOS 14.2 but I don't seem to be able to audio share with my husband's airpods and mine. Audio only goes to one set of headphones and I don't see any option popping up to "Share Audio". Any help would be appreciated.
