Why won’t my MagSafe charge my new iPhone 12 pro?

It dose’t charge. Nothing happens. I do have the 20w power adapter and a MagSafe case, but after trying to charge it with my friends MagSafe charger, It didn’t work either. I am guessing it’s something with the phone. Wold you recommend doing anything?
Try removing the case and testing. If it still won't charge, the use the link at the top of the page here to contact Apple Support for service.
