Apple ID compromise

While trying to start up a new iPhone, I found that there were purchases on my account made with several Apple IDs I have never heard of. I am afraid to download my account from the cloud with these discrepancies. Any thoughts on how to clean up my Apple ID?

Delete the purchases and download them using your Apple ID if desired. Once they re cleared off, your phone should operate normally.
