Microphone do not work in call

When I'm calling the microphone do not work, if I use loud speaker it works properly, bug or hardware problem? iPhone se 2020

Thanks for visiting the Apple Support Communities! It seems the microphone isn't working while on a call, unless you speakerphone.


It sounds like a hardware issue with the microphone. Use the Voice Memos app to test playback of a new recording, and seek service for your iPhone if you can't hear yourself clearly:
