You would need a paid subscription to Apple Music or iTunes Match. This will get you an iCloud Music Library which you can leave in "streaming" mode. You can also manage which songs you download to your device for the best of both worlds.

I have an Apple music subscription with 200 GB of iCloud storage. I have 41GB of music on my 128GB MacBook Air. About this Mac indicates that I have 24 GB of free memory with other documents included. What specific steps must I do to put my 41GB of music io the cloud? Thanks.
