Big Sur

I try to update my iMac 27" late 2013 from Catalina to Big Sur, but it doesn't work. Is my iMac to old?

But the info in AppStore says Big Sur will work on my computer. Orre for the Swedish language in this pic.

It requires an iMac to be a 2014 or newer model.
