My iPhone 11 doesn’t give me the option of audio FaceTiming. What do I do?

FaceTime audio is banned in some regions (China being one). If the device is from that region, the restriction can not be changed.

thats my model name. What can I do to have FaceTime audio again??
As that model is for the Chinese market, it will not have FaceTime Audio. That restriction can not be overcome.
