IPhone xs max update ERROR 4000

After IOS 14 update I couldn't able to update to IOS 14.1 and now 14.2 also the same issue. my iPhone xs max still running IOS 14 and couldn't able to update it.it always shows ERROR OCCURRED (4000). kindly help to resolve this issue.
