Your iCloud subscription will always be charged to your payment associated with your AppleID, or will draw from any cash balance on your AppleID. So it is always charged to your apple account if by that you mean your AppleID.
Does not work.
So I down graded my iCloud.
Apple ripping me off.
Gave no permission to use my Apple account.
What doesn't work?
It will not let me change the payment method on iCloud.
