Welcome to the Apple Support Communities. We’re glad you decided to reach out about your missing photos. If we understand correctly, you deleted some photos to make space on your iPhone 11, but some photos that you didn’t intend to delete were deleted.

Try the steps outlined in this article first:

If you're missing photos or videos in the Photos app - Apple Support

If you aren't using iCloud Photos, check to see if you have a backup that includes the older photos.
