Screen time and deleted apps

If I delete an app will it still show the screen time for that app of the past 7 days? Or will the screen time be deleted when you delete the app?

I’m trying to see if my boyfriend is cheating on me sir lol I want to know if I look at his phone but he’s deleted the app if I can see see in screen time that he was on it and how much time
