Video size discrepancy - help please!
I recorded two videos a half hour apart. How come the second one is 1.4 GB but the first is 200 MB? I didn't make any changes and the length is the same.
iPhone 11 Pro, iOS 13

That is unusual
First : Are you sure length and settings are the same? If they really are - is there a significant (and I mean huge) difference in the amount of image change during the videos.
For example if one of them is just of a static scene with no movement - it would compress a lot more than one where you are panning about all the time. (Im not sure that would be enough to cause a 7 times difference though)

Please check the metadata of your videos. You will know the reason. No one can check that remotely.
