Charge on my account

There was a charge on my daughters account on October 15, 2020 for the movie 16 wishes she did not authorize this purchase and the second problem with the purchase is it charged my mother-in-law’s debit card and I’m not sure how it did that also so I need to get to the bottom of the charge because we didn’t authorize it
