Yes. I had to contact Verizon. They had to change something on my account and I had to restart my phone.
Have you performed all ten steps shown under “Get help with visual voicemail” in the above article?
My carrier is Verizon and their site says they do support visual voicemail and my number shows Basic Visual Voicemail as active.
