Final Cut Pro 7 Studio

I have a version of Final Cut Pro Studio 7 and want to update my macOS to the latest version. Is there anyway to install FCP 7 Studio to the latest macOS? I currently am running FCP fine on Yosemite 10.10.5 on my iMac. I have the serial numbers for re-install. I don't want to lose the program altogether. Please help.

Whether you can upgrade to the latest OS or not depends on the age of your Mac.

As a general rule Catalina can be installed on a Mac if it was introduced mid 2012 or later.

You will not be able to run FCP 7 on Catalina.

If you really want to keep running FCP 7 then stay with what you have now .
