Sorting Contents of a Playlist on iTunes Windows 10
I want to sort my playlist by artist but there is no option to do so like there is in the songs tab

What about View > Sort By > Artist?
You can also use View > View As > Songs and then sort by column headings. When you have an order you like you can right-click the playlist and use Copy to Play Order then switch to the playlist view and use View > Sort By > Play Order if needed to show the desired order.
