Hello. I'm yasaman. I forgot my passcode of my phone. I didn't backup my phone so i can't restore my phone. Could you tell me a way to unlock my phone....

You need to restore your phone. See here: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204306. You have already lost any data on your phone. Once you get it restored, start doing a regular backup.
