Forgot activation lock

i forgot my apple Id and password that were used to setup my iPhone XR

Click ➔ If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support

Click ➔ If you forgot your Apple ID - Apple Support

If you cannot recover your Apple ID and Password then please contact ➔ Apple Support and ask them what may be required from you to get the Activation Lock removed. You may be asked to provide Proof of Purchase etc.
