Fitness app won’t register my workouts from my Apple Watch

Since the recent few updates my Apple Watch doesn’t register my workouts to the fitness app,

the activity bar somewhat fills up but I can never see my actual workouts.

Apple Watch Series 5, watchOS 7

Apple Fitness won’t show some of the workouts I bought a apple watch series 6 less than a week ago and it came with Apple Fitness so i began using that but lately it won’t show some of the workouts that I know are available like yoga and HIIT and says apple fitness content is unavailable and to try again at a different time but it’s been saying that for days.
