Hello

I'm confused!!!

Of these 4: ebook, paperback, hardcover and audiobook to sell on apple, what can I upload directly, and what do I need an aggregator to do it????

Apple has never had anything to do with selling paper books, only ebooks.

so only through partners and not directly!
