I need to know if can i know the history of log in to my apple id cuz i think some one try to hack my apple id and i need to know if he success to log in and take any content from my device or not and thanks

You can only see devices/computers currently logged in.
Check your device list to see if there is a device signed in that you don't recognize. You can remove the device using the steps in the article below. As a precaution, change your password.
