Trying to update to 10.15.6

I am trying to update to 10.15.6 but after it takes me to restart now. I do restart enter the password but then nothing happens.

I go to the general settings and try to update again, yet the same issue as above occurs.

MacBook, macOS 10.13

Try again from the SafeBoot https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201262

Takes noticeable longer to get to the login screen, does a 5-15 minute disk repair before it fully boots up, and certain system caches get cleared and rebuilt, including dynamic loader cache, etc. Login and try again
