Apple Pay - Can I use Apple Pay online when purchasing from amazon.com and walmart.com

this would be a better question for Amazon or Walmart as Apple does not determine who accepts it.
In my regular experiences with Amazon and sporadic Walmart purchases, I have not seen the option for Apple Pay at either place for online shopping
