I don’t have the iOS 14 update please help

Let's repeat the iOS update using iTunes. Let's make sure our data is safe since we have a backup first: [Backing up your iPhone, iPad and iPod touch https://support.apple.com/kb/HT203977?viewlocale=en_GB]
While our iPhone is connected to an up-to-date computer with iTunes, press and hold both the Home Screen and the sleep / wake button at the same time for a while. Even if you see the Apple logo, don't let your fingers go.
When you see the screen with the iTunes logo and the cable sign, release your fingers and choose "Update" from the pop-up window on the computer.
This way, iTunes will install iOS 14 as a full version on your device, not as an update as a patch.
