Can't paste from clipboard in iOS 14

I just upgraded to iOS 14 and when I tried to copy and paste something from the clipboard, the new popup appeared letting me know the app was accessing the clipboard, but nothing pastes.

I can keep clicking "paste" over and over again, since there's something in my clipboard, but nothing gets pasted.
