My watch can’t update
My watch 3 can’t update to ios7 because there’s not enough memory. I haven’t installed any apps so it’s all factory apps. Will not updating to the newer iOS mess up my watch?

So a friend of mine gave me advice for this problem. You have to completely reset your watch in order to fully update and install iOS.
