Remotely control iPhone 8 camera with iPad

I have just started using an iPhone 8 plus. Already have an iPad 6th generation. Want to take wild life pictures with the iPhone placed outside in the garden and control it with the iPad from inside. Both will be on the same WiFi network. How do I set that up? Thanks a lot for any advice.

Continuity Camera: Use your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to scan documents or take a picture and have it appear instantly on your Mac.

Also --> Explore more Continuity features that you can use with your Apple devices.

Using iPad to control iPhone to take pictures is not feasible. Best would be to buy bluetotth remote click devices.
