How can i transfer photos or videos from mac to iphone by using cable?
Oh right sorry I misread, 2 options:
Sync photos between your Mac and iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
or use iCloud Photos
Set up and use iCloud Photos - Apple Support
If you have iCloud phtos activated on both the mac and the iphone, any picture you ad to one, will go to the other(as long as its in the iCloud photo library)
