Refund

If you got refund on iTunes acct, how long does it take to post to your iTunes acct and see the fund? I got the refund on 8/31/20, and I still don’t see the credit on my iTunes acct. please advise. Thanks

When you use an iTunes gift card it first goes as credit on your account.

So what Niel says is that if you get refunded for the purchases you made.

The refund would go into the store credit, not the gift card.

I used iTunes gift card to pay for that , then how long does it take to see the credit back to my iTunes gift card ? the article didn’t say that. Please advise . Thanks

It'll be up to two days for the money to be returned to the store credit balance. Actually having it put back onto the card requires a separate request.
