unable to update preinstalled apps on new MacBook
I receive an error message when I try to update preinstalled apps.
It states " [name of app] cannot be updated because it was refunded or purchased with a different Apple ID"
I have to add that this is a new MacBook that I bought off the store. I have not associated any Apple ID other than my own with this MacBook.
The OS is updated with the latest version of Catalina.
