Split Clip greyed out in iMovie
How can I get Split Clip available for this 23 sec clip?
I've tried restarting, deleting and repasting, and starting a new project.
iMac 21.5″, macOS 10.13

Hi,
Try deleting preferences and see if that cures it. Open iMovie while holding down the Option and Command keys and select to delete preferences in the box that appears. iMovie will open in a new library. Reopen your old library to get back to your projects. Now see if the split clip function displays.
