icloud drive

Currently the storage on my phone is up and I'm trying to clear up space. It says that my icloud drive takes up 14.25GB of my 64GB. I've been trying to figure out how to decrease that amount but I can't find where the 14.25 GB is from. I've tried everything i can think of but nothing shows up in my files either.
